Build your Wild Self!

This week in IPC the children used the knowledge of the features of animals to create a crazy animal fit for a habitat. We used to design our animals.
The children showed their ability to think reflectively when designing their animals. "I live high in the trees, so I will need wings," or "I live in the artic, so the walrus tusks will help me move across the slippery ice." Here are some of P2 creations.
What features do I have and why?
Where do you think we live?

After we designed our animals, we chose one feature that we wanted to plan, design and make.
We made a list of all the materials and tools we would need and drew some instructions to follow.

We plan to make our feature next week, so please bring in junk materials to help us!
