This coming week our learning will focus another Big Question in Learning Block 3; Have you changed from when you were a baby?

We will begin to answer this question by reflecting on our baby photographs. Please email a baby photo of your child to patriciahagan.sis@gmail.com. Using the photos we will discuss the changes that have happened since we were a baby. We will also take part in a special baby craft which will help us reflect on how much we have grown since then.

In the roleplay and water area we will practice washing, dressing and taking care of baby dolls. This will help us explore babies and their needs. We will communicate together in discussion about little brothers and sisters that we have at home and how we take care of them.

You can make links to your learning at home by watching this funny baby series called baby Jake. Listen to the way baby Jake talks and moves around. Have you changed from when you were a baby?

We will continue exploring the Personal Quality Enquiry this week with links to our learning about Families and Babies. We are practicing our Enquiry skills using a particular Non-Fiction book called Our Families; from baby to grandma. We will use the pictures and facts in this book to help us find out more knowledge about growing up and different family members.
