This coming week our learning will focus on the Big QuestionWhere does fog come from?

We are continuing Learning Block 2 which is called Stormy Days. We are going to practice our creative skills this week by coming up with a dance to express storms. The children will prepare props and decide what movements best reflect a storm. We will practice showing cooperation as we work together in groups and share our ideas. The children will listen to classical music that sounds Stormy we will discuss how the music makes us feel and what kind of storm we can imagine as we hear it. We will use this in our dance! Click on the picture and close your eyes as you listen to this exciting music at home;  Ride of the Valkyries by Richard Wagner        What kind of storm can you imagine?

We will continue to focus on the Personal Quality Resilience this week. We will practice showing resilience as we work together in groups, allowing other children to share their ideas and make some of the decisions.
